Croton

Croton Mood Board. I was inspired by the Croton plants back in Ghana. The idea of the plant leaves naturally changing colors was incredible.

- As I design the outfits I created fabric patterns to go with it, so that the croton theme would be obvious.

- The last 2 designs were inspired by the funeral wear worn in Ghana, West Africa.

Pattern designs

I could not find any fabric that resonated with my theme, so I had to design some. I used specific parts of the croton plant and inverted it to make my patterns.
